Yet another SEO Scammer from PakIndiastan.

Please provide more details about your statement and identify yourself. It is really unfortunate if you feel that way, but we do not have any cases when customer signed up with us and his ranking did not improve, except cases where access was not provided despite multiple and documented on our side requests.

We are holding A+ rating with BBB and all cases of possible problems were resolved.

Sounds like this is wisdek using broken english as usual to make themselves look good lol. What a bunch of scammers!!!!

They are all indians using fake american names, they deliver nothing but garbage, which should be the best they can deliver considering they actually cant deliver *** to you. All a waste of time and money. Bogus, Scam & Bullshitters.

Sorry to hear about your situation with this fraudulent company who calls themselves Wisdek. I used to be on board with these guys as well not too long ago and Wisdek managed to ruin my website and all my previous SEO efforts.

I get 10 or more emails and phone calls each day selling me on SEO services, Wisdek was no different when they called me, but their sales rep made it look like they know the seo industry standards and my competitive industry and assured me that they will increase my business, drive more targeted leads to my site and so on and so forth...7 months later I started to lose my patience because I didn't see any progress on my campaign.

My web-site was penalized by Google penalty, my domain name was linking to low quality links, my on-site wasn't even close to being done and I never received any answers when I demanded answers to all the issues with my domain name.

I had to cancel my service and I demanded a charge back from my credit card company.

A month later I hired professional and reliable company who knows what they are doing and I am confident with my website. I recommend everyone to do their research before hiring an SEO Firm, If you want to avoid getting ripped off by unscrupulous or behind the times SEO firms like Wisdek.

I have no problem "spilling the beans" that customer communication is an area of ours that we are focused on improving. In fact, there are many new systems we have put in place in 2013 alone that have improved this aspect of Wisdek tremendously.

Likewise, this customer that wrote this review was inquiring about reputation management for their own company which experienced bad reviews. As a service it does involve producing positive content and promoting it to be more searchable than negative content. (This can be easily researched online)

Of course we would engage in this for our own business. Our reputation is important to us, and so are our customers.

It's not that we want to fool anyone, it is simply about continuous improvement as a company, moving forward, and working to improve our brand. I assure you it is both an internal, and external effort, not merely smoke and mirrors. I don't consider "spilling the beans" a bad thing. It's honest.

I also don't consider reputation management to be a bad thing either, as long as a company is genuinely dedicated to improvement on all levels within their business, not just the "face" of their company.

We have suffered from many negative reviews in the past online, though we still hold an A+ rating with the better business bureau which is a company that moderates official customer complaints to businesses and holds companies (like Wisdek) accountable for addressing these concerns. If you take a closer look at many of the complaints online you will notice that most of them have to do with people saying we are not partners with Google, or they are not ranking right away. (If they are legitimate reviews from real customers) This is not something we promise to our SEO customers.

Ranking organically takes time. PPC is for immediate rankings. Also, we actually are partners with Google. We have badges all over our website about this.

Due to the highly technical nature of our service, it is my own personal opinion that many of the complaints stem from confusion or misguided expectations. Customer was very happy customer of Wisdek: his last report (attached) shows 15757 monthly visitors from 1653 keywords for a VERY competitive industry, Escorts.

Client chose to leave Wisdek and to use a black hat seo company, which promised him even better results than what we have done for him with white hat seo services.

Their website traffic and positions dropped due to the penguin and panda updates of Google.

They came to our office and we told them that since they used black hat SEO services, we will not be able to repair it, and they may even drop more on the future updates of Google. We also explained them about the duplicate content that all of their sites had, and recommended them to change their content.

We also showed them their competitors who are using our services, and didn't drop, due to our high quality. We recommended them to start with new websites from scratch.

Our partner, the web design company Business Media refused to take this job at the beginning: this client owns them money from several year before and is on their blacklist but we forced them to accept the client again since we never had billing problems with them ourselves.

The web design company has a proof of sending them copy of the websites to approve, but they claim that they didn't get the e-mails. (all of this Data reports and emails can be provided).

They still requested to try to do SEO for one of their sites, we told them that it will take min 90 days till they will see any effect of our white hat seo work. Whoever understands how seo works, understands that what they claim is not due to our work, but due to the previous work which was done on their site and damaged their linking profile and caused their rankings to drop.

We can also provide proof of black-hat links and activities they got involved in with other company that caused damage to their online reputation. They wanted quick results at low cost, and there is no free cheese in this world, especially when you want rankings on Google. Every webmaster will tell you, including Google guidelines, that expecting fast results is unrealistic and cannot happen naturally. Now this company tries to put a blame on us after purchasing black-hat services which is clearly prohibited by Google.

The client try to win his money back via charging back and cc, and lost. He claimed to take us to court, and we welcomed it, since we hold all of the documentation, and this client still own us money. We even have a report from today which showing that after the 90 days, their ranking went up to.
